Flamenco Properties is run from a physical office/studio based in the gorgeous Valle de Lecrin in Granada province. You are more than welcome to come and visit us in person for coffee and a chat and if really lucky some freshly cooked East African Mandazi however your visit should be by prior arrangement to ensure that we are actually in the office.

Flamenco Properties is a 24 hour operation as we are marketing properties worldwide so we might be out at a property or we might have been working during the night or on a Sunday doing the digital editing or communicating with enquiries from a different time zone. In many parts of the world Sunday is a working day. Or we might just be on one of the many fantastic mountains or beaches that this part of Andalusia has to offer.

We promise that we will employ closed loop communications with anyone who contacts us so we will always reply to any communication you send our way whether it’s from Idealista or any other means of communication as we fully understand that different types of communication are preferable in different regions of the world.

We can be available on whichever means of communication is preferred and or allowed in whatever part of the world you are contacting us from.

Our working language is currently mainly English and coming very soon, Spanish but we have travelled and lived around the world so you might often find us in Pllek on the banks of the Noordzeekanaal, farming in the Rift Valley of Kenya, negotiating in souks of the Middle East so we can communicate enough to survive in many languages and of course via translation tools like DeepL on desktops or with your smartphone and tablets own translation for written communications such as Whatsapp, Messenger, Skype or email etc or we can call in friends from around the world.

As Flamenco Properties starts we will be catering for sellers in the English speaking communities in Granada, Costa Tropical and Alpujarras but we intend to evolve and improve our operations thus don’t hesitate to contact us with any queries or suggestions for improving how we operate.
