Quite simple and no small print exclusion rules.

If you refer a property to Flamenco Properties and we sell it then you get €100 after we have received our sales fee.

So if a friend, colleague or a neighbour mentions they are thinking of selling their property and you refer them to Flamenco Properties, if the property sells then you receive a referral reward for your efforts.

Is there any catch or complication in this scheme? Not really. real estate agents waste significant amounts of time and resources sending out unsolicited leaflets, emails and bombarding facebook groups desperately trying to encourage people to sell properties because there is always a shortage of properties for sale. This referral scheme is far more cost effective.

As Flamenco Properties is a new startup the first five properties marketed will be entirely free of charge so we can’t really apply the referral scheme to those free properties but if someone does refer one of those properties then I’m sure we can organise a nice bottle of wine or cake as a thank you.
